These Terms apply to all persons and entities who access the Site (“Users”), including those who purchase items through the Site for personal use (“Clients”) and those who purchase items for resale (“Consultants”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1. Users must provide accurate and complete information when using the Site. Cronieri is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or false information provided by Users.

2.2. The Site is accessible without registration, but purchasing items requires providing certain personal information. Users can browse the Cronieri catalog, view product descriptions, and purchase items online.

2.3. If a product is unavailable, Users can express interest through the Site. Cronieri will attempt to fulfill these requests but does not guarantee availability.

2.4. All orders are delivered by third-party companies. After an order is placed, Users cannot change the payment method or delivery address, nor request expedited delivery.

2.5. For product exchanges, Cronieri only accepts size changes, not model or item exchanges.

2.6. Payments can be made by credit card.

2.7. Cronieri’s refund/return policy, which governs all purchases, is available at www.cronieri.com/refund-policy. Your right to refunds and returns is limited to the terms set forth in the Refund Policy.

2.8. Return Policy:

• Clients: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt, with the jewelry sealed, labeled, and in perfect condition.
• Consultants: Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt, with all items in the kit returned, sealed, and in perfect condition. Partial returns are not accepted, and returns cannot be used as payment.

3. Additional Rules for Consultants

3.1. Acceptance of these Terms does not create an exclusive relationship between Consultants and Cronieri.

3.2. Consultants must complete a registration form with accurate information. False or inaccurate information may result in liability.

3.3. Consultants can select campaigns, view product details and suggested resale prices, and request estimates. The suggested resale prices are not binding.

3.4. Once a purchase is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled through the Site.

4. Proper Use of the Site

4.1. Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these Terms.

4.2. Users must not use the Site for illegal purposes, violate any laws, or infringe on third-party rights.

4.3. Users are responsible for the security of their passwords and must change them periodically.

4.4. Unauthorized use of the Site, including the introduction of harmful content, is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property
