We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed late on Fridays, during weekends, or on holidays will be handled on the next business day. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to process your order, depending on the volume of orders. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please note that once an order is confirmed, we cannot alter the payment method, delivery address, or shipping speed.
Shipping fees cover the costs of processing, packaging, transportation, and handling of your order. Any special requests, such as choosing a specific carrier or scheduling future delivery dates, may incur additional charges.
Cronieri utilizes USPS for all domestic shipments. The available shipping options are:
Cronieri ships internationally to numerous countries via USPS. Shipping rates for international orders are based on current rates and may include additional charges for taxes, tariffs, and duties as per the destination country’s regulations. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility at the time of delivery. Please be aware that Cronieri is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or border inspections.

For customers within the United States, returns are accommodated with ease. If you are returning an international order, you will need to handle the shipping yourself. To be eligible for a full refund, please return your items within 30 days from the date of receipt. Only full-priced items qualify for refunds. Items that do not meet our return criteria will be sent back to the customer.
